If you’re selected to move forward, we help you prepare for the interview process. You’ll receive insight into the role, the organization, and what the employer is looking for so you can present your best self.

Follow-Up

After each interview, we’ll connect to discuss how it went, answer questions, and share feedback from the employer. We remain your advocate throughout the process.

If an offer is extended, we assist you in evaluating it and, when appropriate, support negotiation conversations. Once you accept, we help ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
